1. Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. accepts delivery flowers to 63/63 nationwide provinces, plus more than 50 worldwide countries and territories. E-flora will be made and shipping as the model form by members of Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. at the destination.

2. For domestic Orders, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. accepts delivery from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily - 7 days a week. (Overtime requirements can be met depend on conditions). No delivery on 01 January and the Vietnamese Lunar New Year.

3. Itinerary standards for domestic flowers is 12 hours from the order time; International flowers is 24 hours from the order time (based on the destination time zone); Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. delivery flowers to all inner cities area in Viet Nam within 04 hours from the order time, same day delivery to all surrounding areas (range of radius from 10-15km).

4. For international e-flora, we does not guarantee the delivery time exactly as requested; not ensure the delivery time if it coincides with the Holidays and Sundays in the destination.

During the Tet (New Year and Vietnamese Lunar New Year holiday), the holidays 14/2, 8/3, 20/10, 20/11, 2/9, 30/4 ... input materials and flowers prices increase mutative from 100 % to 300% so products cost also increases. However, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. is a major partner and having ties with providers, therefore Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. very active with the price of flowers during these periods. Thus, we pledge that the prices of our products are at the low level if compared with the market prices.

 

Condolence – funeral flowers:

Before delivery, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. will contact you to know the right date and time which we can deliver the condolence flower (depending on the customs of each area/ family – usually after shrouding and before moving the coffin). However, if there is no information about the visit time and we deliver flower to the right address but not at the right time, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. accept to deliver the condolence flower at another time within 06 hours from the expected time of delivery.

In case families do not receive sympathy as fresh flowers, the order seems to be done (in case there is no recipient signature).

 

Delivery in hospital / medical center / isolation room for treatment:

Some areas do not accept delivery as fresh flowers. In this case, we will notify the recipient about the e-flora and put it in a place where flowers are allowed. In permitted conditions, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. accepted to delay the time of delivery until the recipient goes home.

Dien Hoa Viet Nam does not accept delivery flowers on: bus / train / plane / boat / mailbox / prohibited military areas / risk area for flower shipper / military zone / disaster area / prison / isolate area at the airport and train station.

 

In cases the delivery address incorrect (sender wrote/ described incorrect) 

 - Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. shippers will contact the recipient (or sender) to agree moving flowers to a new address with the condition that the distance from the old address to the new one no further than 03 km.

- If all communication fails, Dien Hoa Viet Nam (due to the characteristics of fresh flowers) will save the product within 06 hours from the expected time of delivery, in case delivery flowers after having the accurate address. After this period of time, if we still not received the correct information of the delivery address, the order seemed to be cancelled (in this case there is no recipient signature – no refund).

 

In case there is no recipient: In case there is no recipient at the delivery address, the order seems to be cancelled.

 

In case the recipient was go out at the delivery time, Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. will:

- Delivery to relatives, friends at house/ office/ company then he/she will transfers to the recipient (in this case the replaced recipient will sign the paper).

- Delivery at another time within 06 hours from the expected time of delivery. After this period of time, if we still not received any information about the exact time of delivery, the order seemed to be cancelled (in this case there is no recipient signature – no refund).

- Place the flower at a safe place so that the recipient may receive when return home / office / company (in this case there is no recipient signature).

 

In case the recipient refuses to receive flowers

If the recipient refuses to receive e-flora, the order seems to be cancelled.

If the recipient is a VIP at isolation room for treatment, the flower will be delivery through the secretary / guard / family ... (in this case the replaced recipient will sign the paper).

Note: All works the shipper will contact directly with the sender/ the flowers recipient to agree the best way to deal with.
