Change the Product

Changes the ordered product 06 hours before the expected time of delivery (or when the product has not been designed): Accepted and free of charge.

Conditions: The sender notices the change directly by phone to the place which sender ordered flowers or to Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. Switchboards and confirm by email.

Changes the ordered product 02 hours before the expected time of delivery (or when the product has been designed): Accepted and charge.

Conditions: The sender notices the change directly by phone to Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. Switchboards and confirm by email.

 

Do not accept changing product right before the delivery time.

In case of the value of the new product less than the value of the ordered product, Dien Hoa Viet Nam will not return or reimbursement the disparities amount.

In case of the value of the new product bigger than the value of the ordered product, the sender must make the payment include the disparities value plus changing fee (for changing after the product has been designed) at the place which sender ordered flowers or at Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. The flowers delivery will be done after the payment completed.

 

Change the address

Changes the address 02 hours before the expected time of delivery (or when the product has not been delivery): Accepted and free of charge.

Conditions: The sender notices the change directly by phone to the place which sender ordered flowers or to Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. Switchboards and confirm by email.

Dien Hoa Vietnam will not refund the disparities amount if the new delivery route is shorter than the old one. In case of the new delivery route is longer (further) than the old one, the sender must make the payment include the disparities value plus changing fee according to the present tariff at the place which sender ordered flowers or at Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. The flowers delivery will be done after the payment completed.

 

Terms of delay and cancellation orders:

Customers may delay or cancel orders by calling to the places which customer ordered flowers or to Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. Switchboards and must be confirmed by email.

Customers may delay or cancel the order within 04 hours before the expected time of delivery for domestic e-flora, and 12 hours before the expected time of delivery and (or) before 03:00 PM from Monday to Friday (depend on which condition comes first - the time zone of the destination) for international e-flora. In case of there is no email, the sender must go to the agent which the sender ordered flowers or to Dien Hoa Viet Nam Corp. Office to delay or cancel.

Cancellation domestic orders fee is 50,000 VND.

 

International orders.

Accept changing order 24 hours before the expected time of delivery.

Delay fee is $5/ times.

Cancellation fee (if accepted) is $20/ times.
